DanceWell Classes

DanceWell community classes are inclusive and suitable for people living with movement restrictions such as Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, Arthritis, and other functional limitations as well as those who may be seeking rehabilitation, improvement in mental health or an alternative to standing/high impact exercise. These classes are fun, creative, and interactive, focusing on the aesthetics of dance. Each 60-minute class is conducted through a combination of seated and standing movement sequences, led by a qualified DHA teacher. It is our ethos that the participant is seen as a dancer rather than a patient or client.
