Classes are tailored to the individual needs of the care home. Classes start at 30 minutes and work there way up to an hour when run by a DHA professional teacher. However, the programme is adjustable depending on participant and circumstances.

Two main packages are available for care homes:\

Option One: a professional DHA Dance Teacher attend your facility weekly or fortnightly and facilitate the DanceWise programme to your residents.

Option Two: DHA train Care Home Staff to run a 30 minute DanceWise Programme.

DanceWise Classes can have up to 30 residents, however, we do ask that the Care Facility ensure there is enough staff on hand should residents need assistance.

There is no minimum or maximum age, the youngest class participant has been 3 years old (whilst visiting his great-grandmother) The eldest participant has been 103! DHA is inclusive of everyone’s age and ability.
