The system requires you to press “Save” before exiting. If you close without saving, your updates (attendance, student info, payment status) won’t be recorded.
Solution: Always save changes before leaving a page or roll. If changes look like they didn’t update, refresh — there may be a short lag in syncing
Current setup separates payment status and attendance.

For term payments: Tokens are added, but you must also manually mark attendance. Payment doesn’t automatically register.

For one-time class payments: You can mark them as paid but not as present unless you also add tokens.
Solution:

Always mark attendance separately from payment.

If one-time payment → mark “Paid” AND manually add them as present.

If term → input tokens, then mark “Present.”
Currently, the platform requires tokens to mark presence.
Workaround: Add them manually with a placeholder (e.g., dash for missing contact info), and keep a note that it was a trial.
