StretchWise – Lockdown Recovery Programme

Dance Health Alliance are proud to launch our Lockdown Recovery Program – StretchWise. Specially designed for those living in Care Homes or assisted living, our program will help to improve and reinvigorate the mental, physical, emotional and social health of your residents. StretchWise uses music, dance and stretching techniques to ease residents out of isolation and back into a more active and social lifestyle. Our aim is to assist people to regain stamina and lung capacity through a series of gentle sequences for a period of 30, 45 or 60 minutes at a time.
